We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only provided in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for any resolution.

If an exchange is approved:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
  • The item must be shipped within 2–3 days of approval

Orders sent after this timeframe will not be eligible for exchange.


Shipping Issues

Abaya Alley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned:

  • A return fee of $7–$10 will apply
  • Additional shipping costs must be covered to resend the order

Orders refused upon delivery will also be subject to return shipping fees.


Pop-Up Purchase Policy

All pop-up purchases are final sale.

In the case of a defective or incorrect item, an exchange will be provided upon return of the original item.

Exchanges are available at:

  • A future pop-up event
  • A designated pickup location

Shipping and home delivery are not offered for pop-up purchases.

Customers are responsible for verifying items at the time of purchase.
